We are currently booking performance artists for the 2024 Golden Farmers Market and will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis throughout the season with the goal of finalizing bookings by early May.

If you’d like to delight and entertain marketgoers and showcase your talents to the Golden community and approximately 2,500 weekly visitors, this is your chance!

We’re looking for musicians to create a family-friendly atmosphere for a diverse range of tastes at our popular location by Clear Creek – bluegrass, jazz, blues, funk, light rock, etc.

Place of Engagement:
Golden Farmers Market
1019 – 10th Street (cul-de-sac area, adjacent to the tennis courts)
Golden, Colorado

Dates of Engagement:
Saturdays, June 1 – October 5 (except July 27)

Time of Engagement:
10:30 AM -12:00 PM; rain or shine

Performance Fee:
$150; to be paid by check after the performance

Sound and Lights:
There is NO electricity on site. Artist must bring own equipment. If you need amplified sound, amps/PA systems must be battery-powered and are subject to approval by the City of Golden and market management.

Covered Performance Area:
A 10’ x 10’ canopy tent (no sides) will be provided.

Stage:
Artist will perform on asphalt (no raised stage).

This is a great opportunity for up-and-comers and emerging artists to reach a wide audience! Our patrons are generous, and we encourage you to bring a tip jar, sell original copies of your music and/or merch, and solicit future bookings.
